We respect and protect your privacy online. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, however the information we do collect, (i.e. your name, address, billing and contact information) is saved when you place an order in order to process your order. In order to confirm your order, we send you emails for confirmation and in special cases may need to contact you via email, phone, or snail mail if we have additional questions regarding your order. We do not authorize any third parties to make any other use of your information other than that which assists in processing and fulfilling your order. Our website may contain links to other sites that are out of our control. Please review these sites’ policies regarding privacy for your convenience. If our information practices change in the future, we will let you know by posting the policy changes on our website or by communicating directly with you. We will notify you of any such change before we use your information in a manner not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. You will have the opportunity at that time to opt out of any new use of your information.


Refund policy


We are committed to the health and wellness of your family’s future and we want you to commit to that goal as well! Orders can be cancelled for a 100% refund up to 7 days prior to the start of your program. For cancellations up to 4 days prior to the start of your program, First Spoons™ will refund 50% of the program cost. Within 4 days of your program start date, no refunds will be issued; however, you can put your order on hold to start/resume at a later date, or have it sent to someone else.

Refunds will not be issued for delays that are the result of factors outside of First Spoons™ reasonable control, including but not limited to weather and traffic. If we cancel your delivery, you will be notified by email, and the number of meals canceled will be automatically added to the end of your program. If this does not suit your schedule, please let us know and we will do our best to find a better arrangement. Thank you for your understanding!
